Laser treatment for wrinkles & fine lines
Non-fractional lasers have been proven to provide the best results for texture problems such as large pores, fine lines and crinkles, and acne scarring with minimal downtime.
This allows your body to start the wound healing process, which sends blood and water to rebuild collagen to the treated area. The laser tightens your skin and diminishes existing wrinkles and lines. Using powerful pulses and concentrated laser light, the device delivers warm energy to your skin’s layers. Your body’s natural healing response steps in to repair the damage collagen and elastin fibers to regenerate your tissues, which makes your skin tighter in the process.
How many laser treatments are recommended for wrinkles and lines?
Every treatment will improve the integrity and tone of the skin. Sessions are usually booked between a minimum of 3 to 6 depending on the patient’s goal.
Monthly sessions are recommended to those who seek aggressive results.
IPL therapy for dark spots & pigmentation
What is IPL for?
Dark spots on your skin can appear at random, varying between hardly noticeable and glaringly obvious. IPL (intense pulsed light) is the best device for fixing color irregularities such as browns (sun and age spots) and reds (vascular and rosacea). An IPL is not a laser, and it hits many chromophores when fired into the skin. It is superior to a laser when used for color correction.
Spot treatments are available as well as full face, neck and chest for even skin pigmentation.
This therapy results in little downtime, but with sun sensitivity. Because of this, it is preferable to avoid treatment in the summer months.
Botox
Medical grade Botox injections cost $12 a unit. Botox is used to minimize the signs of aging to help smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
Laser scar removal
Scars can take on several different appearances. New scars appear pink or red as they complete the healing process. Older scars turn either lighter or darker than your skin tone. If you lose muscle tissue beneath your scar, it appears indented into your skin. This is often the case with surgical scars or acne scars.
Non-fractional laser penetrates deep down into the dermis to help heal your scar by breaking down the scar tissue and smoothing out the visible scar. These laser treatments can alleviate uncomfortable sensations beneath a scar itself.
How many sessions are required for scar removal?
Laser stretch mark treatment
Non-fractional laser treatments penetrate deep into the dermis to help break up adhesions and scar tissue that cause stretch marks.
The energy from the laser stimulates your skin natural healing abilities by generating new tissue. Each session takes about 30 minutes and you may require 4 to 8 sessions.
Skin tightening & cellulite reduction
Cellulite is a very common and harmless skin condition that appears on the back when your skin pushes between the connective tissues to form bumpy looking skin. It makes your skin lumpy and dimple in certain areas on your body. Between 80% and 90% of women get cellulite on their buttocks and some other areas of their bodies, but not as many men get the condition. This is likely because of the different fat distributions and arrangements of the connective tissue.
A combination of technologies is used to penetrate deep into the dermis to heat and strengthen the connective tissues, resulting in thicker, tighter skin. Radio frequency heats deep into the skin to regenerate collagen and reduce the appearance of loose, sagging skin. Treatments provide even heating with no downtime.
